Tasting Note
Aromatic Sauvignon with passionfruit, yellow grapefruit, white-peach and elderflower, herbal and saline mineral notes. Fresh, taut palate with medium-plus body, bright acidity and a persistent, slightly spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: prawn & gorgonzola risotto, ricotta tortelloni with butter & sage, grilled white fish, roast chicken. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Vietnamese summer rolls, mild Thai green curry, ginger-soy glazed seafood.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; cold stainless-steel fermentation (~3 weeks); aged 6–7 months on fine lees in stainless steel; minimal/no oak.

Kellerei Nals-Margreid cooperative (founded 1932) from vineyards at 330–400 m near Nalles on an alluvial cone (≈80% limestone gravel, 20% porphyry).
