Tasting Note
Rich sherry-driven dried fruit, toffee and caramel, with vanilla, toasted oak and light spice; medium finish with subtle cocoa and gentle smoke.

Food Pairing
Western: roast pork, grilled steak, blue cheese, dark chocolate, dried fruit & nut platters. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, mild curry, hoisin-glazed dishes, teriyaki. Complements sherried, savory and umami flavors.

Production Method
Blended malt assembled from multiple single malts (Macallan, Highland Park, Glenrothes, Glenturret), matured in American & European oak, then finished ≥6 months in first‑fill oloroso sherry butts; chill‑filtered.
