Tasting Note
Concentrated dried cherry, plum and fig with cocoa, tobacco, forest-floor and oriental spice. Velvety, full-bodied, rich fruit core, polished but firm tannins and a long, warming finish.

Production Method
Traditional appassimento (≈4 months drying, ~35% weight loss), soft pressing in January, low‑temperature fermentation with long maceration; 24 months in French tonneaux and larger oak, plus bottle ageing.
