Tasting Note

Complex mature red: leather, cedar, tobacco, black cherry, plum, dried herbs and Eastern spice. Medium–full body, plush entry, ripe firm tannins, bright acidity and a long, spicy, savory finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; fermented in cement vats with extended maceration; aged ~12 months in French Nevers oak; blended after two years; minimal sulfur, typically unfined and unfiltered.
