Tasting Note

Elegant medium-bodied red: bright cherry and raspberry, dried rose and spice, subtle leather/earth and mint, cedary oak integration, vibrant acidity and a long, spicy mineral finish.

Roast lamb, game, grilled beef, mushroom dishes, aged hard cheeses; Middle Eastern mezze, shish kebab, spiced lamb, Peking duck, Korean BBQ or Sichuan beef.


Production Method

Hand-harvested; fermentations in cement/stainless vats; traditional Musar blend; aged ~12 months in French oak with extended bottle/cellar maturation before release.
