Tasting Note
Ripe cherry and plum with coffee, vanilla, leather and tobacco notes. Earthy, sous-bois and spicy accents, silky texture, dusty yet resolved tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Tempranillo. Fermented ~20 days in stainless steel with daily pump-overs; aged ~24 months in new oak (≈75% French, 25% American) and matured in bottle for minimum 36 months before release.

Bodegas Muriel (Murua family) based in Elciego, Rioja Alavesa. Family-owned group with roots back to 1926; Muriel label established in 1982. Vineyards ~35–40 years on clay‑limestone soils.
