Tasting Note
Aged Tempranillo with ripe black and red fruit, vanilla, coffee, spice, leather and tobacco; smooth, silky palate with refined tannins and a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, grilled steaks, game stews, aged/melted cheeses, dark chocolate desserts. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), mildly spicy Sichuan beef or braised beef dishes.
Production Method
Fermented 20–25 days in stainless steel; aged ~24 months in French (≈75%) and American (≈25%) oak barrels, followed by ~36 months bottle ageing before release.
