Tasting Note
Bright citrus and orchard fruit (lemon, green apple) with flinty/stony minerality, subtle oak spice and a clean, focused finish. Crisp, medium-bodied and not overtly buttery.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, buttered lobster, creamy pasta, grilled salmon. Asian: miso-glazed cod, teriyaki salmon, chicken katsu, sushi (rich cuts), lightly spiced Chinese pork dishes.

Production Method
Estate and family-grown fruit; gentle whole-bunch pressing, stainless and partial oak fermentation with some lees ageing for texture; minimal intervention.
