Tasting Note
Deep garnet with intense aromas of blackcurrant, dried roses, graphite, tobacco and spice. Flavors of cassis, plum, cedar and mocha; firm, fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and an exceptionally long, perfumed finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, sorted; destemmed and fermented in temperature-controlled vats; matured approximately 18 months in French oak barrels with a high proportion of new oak.
