Tasting Note
Inky, concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry with graphite, cocoa, cedar and violet. Full-bodied and creamy with layered dark fruit, saline minerality and spice; powerful, precise tannins and an extremely long, licorice-tinged finish.

Grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef Wellington, braised short rib; French dishes like confit de canard. Asian pairings: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (galbi), Cantonese roasted duck, Chinese red-braised beef, spicy Szechuan beef.
Production Method
Hand-harvested (1–26 Sept); traditional fermentation; matured 100% in new French oak barrels; estate selection for the Grand Vin.
