Tasting Note
Dark cassis and blackberry framed by violet, cedar, tobacco and graphite. Polished, muscular tannins, fresh acidity and a long, spicy finish—elegant yet powerful.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged Comté or Manchego. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ beef, Cantonese roast pork, soy-braised short ribs.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed, fermented in temperature-controlled vats, malolactic conversion, aged ~18–20 months in new French oak barrels.
