Tasting Note
Intense garnet colour. Aromas of cassis, blackberry, black cherry, violet, cedar, graphite and licorice. Full-bodied, concentrated, with fine satin tannins, bright freshness and a long, perfumed finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; traditional destemmed fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, malolactic conversion, then aged ~18–20 months in French oak barriques (approx. 50% new oak estimate).
