Tasting Note

Dense blackcurrant and blackberry core with graphite, toasted spice, tobacco and mocha. Silky, opulent texture with ripe, firm tannins, saline minerality and an exceptionally long, savory finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, venison, aged hard cheeses (Comté, Manchego). Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), beef rendang, Cantonese roasted meats, spicy Sichuan dishes.


Production Method

Hand-harvested, traditional fermentation and vat ageing; blended and aged ~19 months in 100% new French oak barrels before bottling.
