Tasting Note
Deep garnet; aromas of cassis, blackberry, graphite, licorice, tobacco and dried roses. Full-bodied, concentrated dark-fruit core, silky yet firm ripe tannins, mineral lift and toasted oak; exceptionally long, structured finish.

Production Method
Fermented in traditional 225‑hL wooden vats with 15–25 day maceration; matured ~18–22 months in 100% new French oak barrels; bottled mid‑2017.
