Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry with cedar, graphite, tobacco, licorice and forest-floor notes. Medium–full-bodied, ripe firm tannins, fresh acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Western: roast rack of lamb, roasted or grilled ribeye, beef bourguignon, aged hard cheeses (Comté, Manchego). Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi), rich soy-braised beef, mushroom hot pot.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; destemmed and fermented in temperature-controlled vats with extended maceration. Aged ~18–20 months in French oak barrels (approx. 60–80% new) before blending and bottling.
