Tasting Note

Concentrated cassis and black cherry with graphite, tobacco, dark chocolate and cedar. Powerful, mineral-driven core, firm ripe tannins and a long, saline finish—evolves for decades.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; fermentations in temperature-controlled vats with malolactic completed; aged ~18–22 months in 100% new French oak barrels.
