Opulent blackcurrant and blackberry, violet and cedar aromas with graphite and tobacco notes; plush, velvety tannins, concentrated dark-fruit core and exotic spice, finishing long and mineral-driven.


Food Pairing

Western: roast lamb, ribeye, beef stew, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu, beef rendang or spicy Sichuan beef.


Production Method

Hand-harvested, traditional fermentation (oak vats/gravity-fed), aged ~18 months in new French oak barrels; blended and bottled at the château.
