Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and plum with notes of cedar, incense, pencil lead, mint and spice. Full-bodied, firm grainy tannins, layered texture and an impressively long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification: hand-harvested, rigorous selection, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, malolactic fermentation and ~16–20 months aging in French oak (largely new).
