Tasting Note

Dense, opulent Pauillac: ripe blackcurrant and blackberry with cedar, tobacco, coffee and dark spice. Rich, full-bodied palate with powerful, firm tannins and a long, savory finish showing eucalyptus, vanilla and roasted oak.


Food Pairing

Western: roast ribeye, leg of lamb, venison, beef stew, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Szechuan braised beef, beef hot pot.


Production Method

Hand-harvested fruit; parcel fermentation in oak and stainless vats using gravity flow; malolactic fermentation; aged ~20–22 months in new oak barrels; egg‑white fining before bottling.
