Tasting Note

Concentrated blackcurrant, dark plum, cedar, tobacco, spice and liquorice; dense, fresh palate with chewy tannins and a long, warm finish.

Western: roast lamb, ribeye, beef bourguignon, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, braised beef short ribs, umami-rich shiitake dishes.


Production Method

Estate-grown Bordeaux blend; sorted grapes, traditional fermentation, matured in predominantly new French oak (≈88% new) after harvest (12–27 Sept). Aged ~16–18 months.
