Tasting Note
Mature Pauillac showing jammy blackcurrant and cassis with cedar, cigar box, tobacco leaf and leather. Velvety, sweet entry developing savory sous-bois, pencil-box and earthy tertiary notes; elegant, balanced with a lingering, slightly marmalade-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Roast or braised beef, lamb, venison, aged hard cheeses; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ short ribs, soy-braised beef or mushroom-rich hotpots.

Production Method
Traditional left-bank vinification: estate-grown grapes fermented in vats, blended and aged in French oak barrels (élevage), then château-bottled.
