Tasting Note
Concentrated, dark-fruited Shiraz: blackberry, plum, sarsaparilla, clove and anise with cedar and subtle tobacco; silky, finely knit tannins, bright acidity and a long savory finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown old-vine Shiraz from Old Hill/Old Paddock/Rosehill; hand-harvested, destemmed to small open fermenters with short cold soak; matured in large-format French oak (~10 months), under 20% new oak, then blended and bottled.
