Tasting Note
Bright lime and lemon peel, green apple and lemongrass with beeswax/lanolin and faint toast. Focused, zesty acidity, lightly oily texture and a long, mineral-driven citrus finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown Lovedale Semillon; destemmed and gently pressed, cold fermentation in stainless steel with neutral yeast, bottled under screwcap then cellared ~5 years before release to develop bottle-aged characters.

Mount Pleasant, founded by Maurice O’Shea (estate roots c.1921) in Pokolbin; Lovedale plantings from 1946. Renowned Hunter Valley producer of ageworthy Semillon including the cellar-aged "Elizabeth" release.
