Production Method
Each variety picked and fermented separately; whole production barrel-fermented (mostly older barrels), relatively hard pressing, lees stirring and approx. 11 months barrel maturation.

Mount Mary is a family-owned, single-vineyard estate in the Yarra Valley founded by John and Marli Middleton in 1971; third-generation Sam Middleton is head winemaker.
