Tasting Note
Medium-bodied Cabernet blend with blackcurrant and dark cherry, violet perfume, graphite, tobacco, cocoa and a hint of anise. Silken, fine-grain tannins, taut acidity and a long, mineral finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown fruit; whole-berry fermentations at varied temperatures. Aged in large foudres and French barriques (35% new) for ~22 months before final blending and bottling.
