Tasting Note
Blackcurrant, cassis, violet and dark cherry with cocoa, mint and plums. Fine, precise tannins, medium–full body, vibrant acidity and a long, elegant finish of chocolate, cedar and dried herb.

Production Method
Estate-grown fruit; components fermented on skins (~2 weeks) then matured ~18–24 months in a mix of large-format, new and seasoned oak barrels.
