Perfumed violets, cassis and ripe cherry with plum, cedar, dark chocolate and spice. Fine, silky tannins, crisp acidity and a savory graphite edge lead to an elegant, very long finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown fruit, open-fermented parcels with cultured yeast, ~14 days maceration; matured ~22 months in French oak barriques (majority new).
