Tasting Note
Perfumed cassis, blackberry and blueberry with violet, cedar, pencil lead and tobacco notes. Medium-bodied, precise acidity, chalky fine-grained tannins and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested estate fruit; destemmed and lightly crushed; 12–14 day fermentations in open/closed fermenters; malolactic in barrel; 22 months in French oak (mix of large format and barriques); minimal fining/filtration.
