Tasting Note

Bright cassis and red plum with violets, cedar and clove; graphite and pencil-lead minerality. Silky, fine tannins, medium body, vibrant acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Western: roast lamb, grilled beef, duck, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ short ribs, beef rendang, braised beef with Sichuan spices.


Production Method

Estate-grown fruit; small-batch fermentations; matured 22 months in French oak (25% large-format, 30% new 225L barriques); blended and bottled at the estate.
