Tasting Note

Bright red cherry, wild strawberry and cranberry with forest-floor, sandalwood and spice. Medium-bodied, fine-grained tannins, fresh acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested, carefully sorted; gentle/open fermentations with emphasis on whole berries; matured ~16 months in French oak barriques (≈25% new). Minimal fining/filtration.
