Tasting Note
Light ruby; red cherry, raspberry and blueberry with forest-floor, mushroom, herbs and gentle spice. Elegant, fine/superfine tannins, medium–full body and long, fresh finish.

Production Method
Destemmed with whole berries; short open-top ferment (7–14 days), malolactic in barrel; aged c.16–18 months in French oak (≈20–25% new).
