Tasting Note
Perfumed red-fruit core of wild strawberry and bright cherry with rose petal, cinnamon and subtle undergrowth; medium-bodied with fine graphite tannins, lively acidity and a long, spiced strawberry finish.

Production Method
Bunch-sorted, Oscillys-destemmed whole berries; 10–14 days fermentation on skins; matured 14–18 months in oak (≈25% new). Estate-grown fruit, small-lot vinification focusing on balance and freshness.
