Tasting Note
Poached strawberry, cherries and red raspberry with cool-climate spice, savory herbs and subtle earth. Light-to-medium body, bright acidity, fine-grained tannins and a persistent, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-picked, bunch-sorted, open-fermented (10–14 days; high whole-berry proportion), matured about 16 months in large-format French oak with minimal new oak.
