Tasting Note

Bright nectarine, lemon and pink grapefruit with flinty, matchstick reduction, brioche and toasted hazelnut. Creamy mid‑palate, taut citrus acidity, discreet French oak spice and a very long, saline finish.

Production Method

Hand‑harvested; ~20% whole‑bunch pressed, balance crushed/destemmed. Barrel‑fermented in French oak (30% new) for 11 months; no malolactic fermentation; lees stirring for texture.
