Tasting Note
Inky, floral Malbec with blueberry, cassis, violet, black pepper and graphite; silky mouthfeel, bright mountain acidity and plush, velvety tannins leading to a long, espresso-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested mountain fruit, small-lot fermentations and maturation ~18–22 months in French oak (significant new oak). Typically bottled unfined/unfiltered.
