Tasting Note
Dense black cherry, cassis and blueberry with Asian spice, dark chocolate, graphite and savory herb notes. Assertive mountain tannins, bright acidity and a long mineral-licorice finish.

Production Method
High-elevation fruit fermented traditionally and aged ~22 months in French oak (c.80–81% new) to preserve Mount Veeder structure and minerality.
