Tasting Note

Ripe black cherry, cassis and blackberry with floral violet notes, graphite and subtle baking-spice. Silky, bright acidity, fine grain tannins and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; parcel vinification in stainless-steel tanks with gentle extraction; ageing ~18 months in new oak barrels.
