Tasting Note
Deep ruby; aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry, violet and sous-bois with spice and graphite. Broad, velvety palate with firm, fine-grained tannins, mineral backbone and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested with rigorous sorting; partial whole-cluster fermentation in cement vats; aged 18–22 months in oak (≈10–15% new); unfiltered, minimally sulphured; organic/biodynamic viticulture.
