Tasting Note
Ripe red and black cherry, raspberry, forest floor and almond with hints of spice, eau‑de‑vie and roasted meat. Medium-bodied, lively acidity, fine silky tannins and an elegant mineral-tinged finish.

Organically farmed with biodynamic practices; hand-harvested; 100% destemmed; native-yeast fermentation; aged 16–18 months in mainly used oak barrels (little or no new oak).

Clos du Moulin aux Moines is a historic 3‑ha monopole in Auxey‑Duresses, restored by the Andrieu family (2008). Vines on red clay-limestone soils; old-vine plantings (1950s); certified organic and biodynamic farming.
