Tasting Note
Bold, umami-driven single malt: crisp orchard fruit and jelly sweets up front, caramelised miso, creamy vanilla, a hint of cured prosciutto and warm white-pepper spice. Medium‑full body with a dry, fruity, peppery finish.

Western: charcuterie (prosciutto, salami), aged cheddar or Parmesan, grilled steak, roast pork, dark chocolate. Asian: miso-glazed cod, yakitori, ramen with pork broth, Korean BBQ, umami-rich mushroom dishes.

Production Method
Single Malt Scotch matured in refill and first‑fill bourbon American oak, then finished in ex‑Ramandolo (Italian white) and Sangiovese red wine casks; bottled at natural cask strength, non‑chill filtered.
