Tasting Note
Dense dried fruit, dark chocolate, cedar and tobacco on the nose; white pepper, toasted oak, coffee and citrus on a robust, oily palate; long, spicy, chewy finish with gingerbread and liquorice notes.

Production Method
Copper pot-distilled single malt matured a minimum of 20 years, predominantly in sherry-seasoned oak casks; married and bottled at 43.4% ABV (chill-filtered and coloured in commercial bottlings).
