Tasting Note
Dense garnet colour; aromas of blackcurrant, plum, graphite, cedar and saline mineral notes. Concentrated black fruit on the palate with refined, velvety tannins, precise acidity and a long, graphite-tinged finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown, selective hand-harvest, parcel vinification with extended maceration; fermented in temperature-controlled vats and aged 18–20 months in French oak (approx. 60% new).
