Dark blackberry and black cherry with garrigue, pepper and licorice; silky, full-bodied palate with fine-grained tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method

Biodynamic, hand-harvested, fully destemmed; native-yeast fermentation in concrete tanks and aged in concrete (no new oak) for c.18–24 months.
