Tasting Note
Deep ruby; concentrated black and red fruit (blackberry, black cherry, plum), dried fig, tobacco, cedar, coffee, vanilla and toasted nuts. Full-bodied, layered, with soft-to-firm tannins and a long, lingering finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, berry selection, cold maceration and indigenous yeast fermentation; 24 months in French oak (≈70% new) followed by foudre ageing; dry‑farmed single‑block sourcing.
