Tasting Note
Deep purple; aromas of blackberry, violet, dark chocolate, espresso and spice. Full-bodied, ripe dark fruit with herbal notes, silky yet firm tannins and a long mocha-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; controlled fermentation in stainless steel/concrete; matured ~18 months in French oak (70% first-use, 30% second/third-use) and blended before bottling.
