Tasting Note
Deep, brooding Carmenère with concentrated blackberry, plum and blueberry, layered with sweet spice, dark chocolate, coffee and subtle herbal/tarragon notes. Plush, silky texture, polished tannins, balanced acidity and a long mocha-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; controlled fermentation with extended maceration; aged ~18 months in French oak (majority first-use) before final blending and bottling.
