Tasting Note
Deep purple; ripe blackberry, plum and blueberry with sweet spice, pink pepper, coffee and tobacco. Silky, full-bodied, plush tannins and a long, chocolate-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, grape-by-grape selection; fermented and aged 18 months in French oak (≈70% new; remainder 2nd/3rd use); often bottled unfiltered.
