Tasting Note
Deep purple; intense blackberry, plum and blueberry with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, pink pepper and sweet spice. Plush, silky texture, balanced acidity and a long, velvety finish.

Western: grilled lamb, roast beef, pork ribs, aged hard cheeses, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, hoisin-glazed pork, spicy Sichuan beef, braised pork ramen.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermented with selected yeasts and extended maceration; aged 18 months in French oak (≈70% new, 30% second/third-use).
