Tasting Note
Dense black and blue fruit (blackberry, plum), with bay leaf, cocoa, baking spice, cedar and subtle roasted notes. Creamy, full-bodied, plush tannins and a long, savory finish with dark-chocolate and tobacco hints.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes from estate sites; fermented with extended maceration; aged 18 months in French oak (80% new, 20% second-use); blended and bottled unfined/filtered practices vary by vintage.
