Tasting Note
Crisp, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc with passionfruit, pineapple and pink grapefruit notes, subtle white flowers and a saline-mineral edge. Vibrant acidity, medium body and a juicy, long clean finish.

Food Pairing
Grilled prawns, roasted chicken, goat-cheese salad, ceviche (salmon or mixed seafood), sushi and sashimi, machas a la parmesana, shrimp stir-fry, mild Thai seafood dishes, seafood tempura.

Production Method
